Choosing the right school is an important decision, and at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ College, we are committed to providing a supportive and enriching environment for all students. Our enrolment process is designed to ensure a smooth transition for families and students alike.

Below, you’ll find all the key dates, priority considerations, and catchment area details to guide you through the application process.

Application Dates for Year 7 (2028)

Open Evening: Wednesday 30 March 2026
Applications Close: August 2026
Enrolment Interviews: September 2026
Offers: October 2026

Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit their applications before the closing date to ensure priority consideration and full access to subject selection across all year levels.

Applications for Years 8–12

Looking to enrol your child in Years 8–12 at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ College? We welcome out-of-cycle applications and are committed to making the process as smooth as possible. Whether your child is transferring schools or seeking a fresh start, we’re here to help them transition seamlessly into our vibrant learning community.

  • Out-of-cycle applications for Years 8–12 are subject to availability and may be waitlisted.
  • Offers are typically extended within 2–3 weeks of your application or as places become available.
  • Successful applicants are encouraged to commence at the beginning of the next semester where possible.

Enrolment Priority Considerations

At the discretion of the Principal, some applications may receive priority based on the following criteria:

  • Family associations: Siblings of current students.
  • Religious background: Students attending Catholic primary schools within the local parish.
  • Place of residence: Proximity to the catchment area.
  • Boarding students: Applications are welcomed from a broader geographic area, with offers subject to availability.

¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ College Catchment Area

Enrolment decisions are made in accordance with the Enrolment and Exclusions (Boarding and Day School) Policy. The catchment area is a criterion for selection and priority order of enrolment for applications from prospective Day Students.

The catchment area is defined by Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools.

Families whose primary residence is outside of the catchment area are welcome to apply, but please note an offer is not guaranteed.
